Challenge:

Our customer needed the system that could assembling, welding, and inspecting of the engine cover set at high output rate.

Solution:

We custom design the system according to the product process and customer’ request.

The system includes: Parts screwing system which is custom design for high accuracy and speed; Seal ring pressing assembly station; High-frequency welding system for high speed and high accuracy welding requirements; Air-leak inspection station for product quality inspection process.

Results and benefits:

With integrated with torsion detection for each screwing station, high accuracy air-leak inspection and welding system, the product quality rate has improved about 15% and output rate has improved about 60%.
