Paper/Non-oven/ Cotton tissue fully automatic production line, This line has includes feeding system, folding machine, cutting machine, packing machine and coveyor system to integrated the whole line. Flexible design to fit with product width range in 1050mm-2840mm.  The whole working process as following:

First, Manually loading the fabric roll into the folding machine, then the folding machine will feed the material to the next folding process, secondly, the folded fabric will be move to the array process, stack and array accoridng to the program, then move to cutting machine, the belt will drive the folded and arrayed tissue/ fabric to the cutting station. Thirdly, after cutting process, the belt will move the cut fabric/tissue to the packaging machine, push the fabric/tissue forward, and insert into the pillow bag. And the last step packed bag move to the exit for next process.
