Challenge:

Our customer needed the system that could use high pressure or medium pressure to cleaning, hot air drying for the iron filings and oil stains after machined brake calipers and brackets.

Solution:

We custom design the system according to the product process and customer’ request.

The system includes: High Pressure Cleaning Machine which is custom design for cleaning, hot air drying for the iron filings and oil stains after machined brake calipers and brackets. Use the rotation table to put the workpiece from feeding, cleaning,hot air drying, munual take out. This system could complete the whole process in it. For the Cleaning part is the strong pressure water enters the high-pressure nozzle to spray the workpiece with high intensity. The workpiece will rotate when spraying.
